You shipped fast. Production is now telling you what you skipped.
It started as a weekend prototype and now it has customers. Fixes in one place break something in another, nobody is sure what the code does, and you are about to scale it. We add the tests, the structure and the hardening it never got.
Thirty minutes, one written page, no obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

You are in the right place if
How it works
Keep the speed. Add the floor under it.
01
Triage
A free 30-minute call and one written page flagging the obvious risks, such as exposed secrets, missing auth checks and fragile dependencies.
02
Assessment
We review the code properly and write a roadmap: what to fix first, what to restructure and what to leave alone, with a fixed quote.
03
Hardening Sprint
Tests go around the behavior your customers rely on. Then we clean up structure and close the security and reliability gaps, in small steps.
04
Handoff
Docs and conventions so your team, or your AI tools, keep building on solid ground instead of digging the hole deeper.
The Assessment
What the Assessment puts in your hands
Starts at $2,500 / 1 to 2 weeks / credited against a sprint
- A review of what the generated code actually does, including the parts nobody has read
- A risk register covering security basics, error handling, dependency health and missing tests
- A prioritized fix list, ordered by what is most likely to hurt a real customer
- A target structure that keeps your prototype's speed and adds boundaries your team can follow
- A fixed quote for the sprint, in writing
- Your fee refunded if we do not deliver the roadmap, and credited against the sprint if you proceed
The guarantee
If we do not deliver the written roadmap, you get the assessment fee back. If you go on to an Upgrade Sprint, the fee is credited against it. Sprint pricing is a fixed quote, given in writing before any sprint work starts.

What you should know about us
Aventheon is a new firm. We have no client roster to show you, and we are not going to invent one.
What we do have is PDFCourt, a live product we operate ourselves. In the last 90 days it completed 1,794 operations and picked up 29 signups, with no paid marketing. That is small. It is also real, and you can check it.
Every engagement has one accountable lead, with vetted senior engineers doing the delivery under that lead's review. You keep your repo and your credentials the whole way through.
