If one person leaving would break your app, you have a risk. Let us shrink it.
It works. Mostly. Nobody wants to touch it, the person who understands it is the only one who deploys it, and every change feels like defusing something. We make it understandable, tested and safe to change, without betting the company on a rewrite.
Thirty minutes, one written page, no obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

How it works
From scary to boring, in four stages
01
Triage
A free 30-minute call and one written page of the top risks we can see from what you tell us.
02
Assessment
We read the code and write down what it actually does, where it is fragile, and a staged plan with a fixed quote.
03
Upgrade Sprint
Tests first, so we can prove behavior did not change. Then small, reversible steps toward a supported, maintainable state.
04
Handoff
Docs your team can follow, so the knowledge no longer lives in one head. The code and the logins stay yours.
The Assessment
What the Assessment puts in your hands
Starts at $2,500 / 1 to 2 weeks / credited against a sprint
- A plain-language map of how the app is put together, who and what it depends on, and how it deploys
- A risk register ranking what is most likely to hurt you: old versions, security gaps, missing tests, single points of failure
- A recommendation on what to keep, what to patch and what, if anything, is truly worth rebuilding
- A staged plan with each stage shippable and reversible on its own
- A fixed quote for the Upgrade Sprint, in writing
- Your fee refunded if we do not deliver the roadmap, and credited against the sprint if you proceed
The guarantee
If we do not deliver the written roadmap, you get the assessment fee back. If you go on to an Upgrade Sprint, the fee is credited against it. Sprint pricing is a fixed quote, given in writing before any sprint work starts.

What you should know about us
Aventheon is a new firm. We have no client roster to show you, and we are not going to invent one.
What we do have is PDFCourt, a live product we operate ourselves. In the last 90 days it completed 1,794 operations and picked up 29 signups, with no paid marketing. That is small. It is also real, and you can check it.
Every engagement has one accountable lead, with vetted senior engineers doing the delivery under that lead's review. You keep your repo and your credentials the whole way through.

Make the scary app boring
Start with thirty minutes and one written page. If a deeper look makes sense, we will say so. If it does not, we will say that too.
